our cancellation policy
At MEDELLA NATURA rehabilitation and rejuvenation spa, we value both your time and ours. We strive to accommodate all our clients with the utmost care and attention. To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Cancellation: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 5 hours' notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 5 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost, at our discretion.
2. No-Show Policy: A "no-show" occurs when a client misses an appointment without cancelling or rescheduling in advance. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the scheduled service to the credit card on file or require pre-payment for future appointments.
3. Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full duration of your scheduled service. Late arrivals within 15 minutes may result in a shortened appointment time to accommodate other clients' schedules with full amount service fee charged, beyond 15 minutes will not be accommodated. Please call the spa for rescheduling options.
4. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to reschedule your appointment when possible. However, frequent rescheduling may result in limitations on future bookings or require pre-payment for appointments.
